Welcome to Simudrive 3D Game. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our application.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app or included software.

2. User Obligations

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or interfere with the app’s performance.

  • Use any automated scripts or "bots" to interact with the game or advertising systems.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

  • Billing: If you purchase any items or subscribe to features, payments are processed through the Google Play Billing System.

  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Google Play Store account settings.

  • Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to Google Play support, as we do not handle payment processing directly.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the application (including all game designs, graphics, sounds, code, and trademarks) are owned by Insha Ullah / Simudrive 3D Game.

5. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates third-party services (AdMob, Firebase, AppLovin, Mintegral, GameAnalytics). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any issues or data practices arising from these third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our application.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the game at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app implies your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
